I had to look up Stabalint on the interwebs. Supposedly it's some magical substance that isn't conductive by itself but then it becomes conductive under voltage just enough to help 'close' micro-gaps between contact pads that are supposed to touch... but it remains not conductive enough for cross-signaling across the gap between adjacent contact pads that are separate. Seems to work best by bridging the micro valleys and gaps from the uneven contact surfaces trying to touch in microelectronics and also reducing noise from vibrations and such. Pretty neat stuff in my opinion. And if Coaldust says so, it must be legit.
