I've got a 160G with serial #1FF160GXADE055386 that's giving me electrical issues in the engine harness. I grabbed what I thought was the right service manual, but the wiring diagrams don't match my machine. The manual says 160GLC Excavator Operation and Test with PIN 1FF160GX__F055671--. I'm noticing my serial has an E for interim tier 4 and stage IIIB, while the manual's F means final tier 4 and stage IV. Did I end up with the wrong manual?

I think I just figured it out myself—guess I should've paid closer attention. The numbers don't match up. Does anyone have the correct manual available?

You'll want to grab the Deere Operation and Test manual TM12342. If you're having trouble tracking down a copy, you can get it from the Deere bookstore. I've sent you a message with more details.

If I could get the pinout diagram, that might help me locate the broken wire.

The connectors have labels on them that should help you figure out which wire is which and where it sits in the connector. If you want me to look up the actual connector pinout, I'd need to know which specific circuit you're trying to work on.

A tech came out with the software and found a break in the engine harness affecting a few sensors—the delta sensor and intake pressure sensor. He reckoned they probably get their supply voltage from the same source.
