Deere 317G engine won't turn over

I have a 317g with the keyless start. It stalled when I was working. When I tried to restart it turned over really slow and now will not turn over at all. I push the button and get the first beep, wait for the second beep then push the button and nothing happens. I have checked the fuses and relays. All safety switches indicate they are working. Battery is fully charged at 13.8 volts and I tried a different battery. Any suggestions on what could be the problem or what to check next?

Attempted Parked and Service cleaning 4 times with and without auto shutdown. Got a filter fault every time

Current active faults are: 522577.11 3719.00 521197.04 520760.02 Stored also has: 2251.09 2000.09 1196.11 Service Menu -Exhaust -Soot HIGH Attempted Park clean from menu and it returns park clean not needed Attempted Service clean from menu with auto shutdown enabled. After 5 seconds it shut down then gave an error statement about the filter that went away before I could write it down. Could not repeat because machine will now turn over but not start.
