HarleyHappySuper User#43 There are spring kits for the poppets inside aren’t there? Wondering if the springs are getting soft?

I'm not sure, I thought you were referring to the spring kits that go on the outside and press on the joystick base. I wonder if there is a diagram from Rexroth that would show how these are assembled.
HarleyHappySuper User#45 As with any spool or poppet valve, they all have springs and springs can lose tension over time. That or seals become brittle or swell.
materthegreaterSuper User#46 I've not worked on one of these before. Where to start disassembling to access the springs and seals?
Mike LJunior Member#47 I haven’t done one before but I’d remove the top and see if the plungers pull out.
materthegreaterSuper User#48 Now I finally understand what you guys are talking about... Sometimes I have a thick head.
