    Hey everyone,

I'm trying to find a Parts Manual or Parts Catalog for a Champion C110C motor grader. I'm in the middle of restoring and fixing this machine, but I'm short several parts. The thing is, without the original parts catalog I can't figure out which parts I actually need or what their part numbers are.

I've reached out to every Champion and Volvo dealer and parts supplier I can track down, but none of them still have the manual. Since Champion went independent from Volvo and the company's long gone, this documentation is basically impossible to locate now.

If anyone out there has any of the following, I'd really appreciate it:

    • A PDF of the Champion C110C Parts Manual
    • A printed copy they'd be willing to scan or sell
    • Any tips on where to find the parts catalog
    • Connections to former Champion dealers, mechanics, or employees who might still have this documentation

I've been looking for quite a while with no luck, so any help at all would mean a lot. Thanks in advance.

Someone whose family owned the company that made the compact Champions used to be active here, but hasn't posted in a few years. I did a quick search and turned up Gary and Bryan Abernathy as parts suppliers from around 2022. They had a Facebook page or email contact. You might also try searching for Champion motor graders on Facebook. Hope that points you in the right direction!

Got any photos of yours? We owned one back in the day and it was a real problem machine. The dealer and Brian worked hard trying to get it sorted, but nothing stuck. I don't think they produced very many of these. It was meant to fill that middle ground between the smaller compact graders and the full-size production models. Would've been useful to have one that actually worked for certain jobs. Eventually the dealer took ours back and threw in a decent trade-in on a Volvo to make it right.
