Caterpillar 87v serial 120g. Motor oil drain location.

I just picked up a 120g Cat motorgrader and I'm going through it now to service everything. I'm having trouble finding where the motor oil drain is located. Does anyone know where to find it? Thanks.

According to the manual, you open the drain valve and let the oil run out—the valve is accessible through an opening in the frame. Then you close the valve and swap out the used filter. If you post your machine's serial number, I can figure out which Operation & Maintenance Manual applies to yours, since they vary by S/N. That manual will have everything you need.

For the 87V4677, you'll need Cat Publication reference SEBU5453, which covers all 87V-prefix machines up to S/No 5733. There's one listed for sale on eBay if you need it.
