Looking for some help with this issue. On my Caterpillar 140G Grader, the RHS blade up down cylinder won't neutralize after being pushed out—it only stops when I push the lever the opposite direction. This problem showed up after a mechanic re-sealed the right side valve bank.

NigeLegend#4 I'd guess the valve bank got reassembled wrong or the lines got hooked up incorrectly. Do you have a Parts Manual? You're probably going to need one if you don't.
DeimosJunior Member#5 Not sure what you mean about a prefix, but I'm looking at 140G motor graders here.
TonesSenior Member#6 Start by checking whatever was just worked on—that's usually where the problem shows up after a repair.
HATCHEQUIPJunior Member#7 It's likely binding up. If the springs check out okay, sometimes it's how the sections got tightened and torqued. Try loosening them and retightening in a more even sequence. You can test this with the machine off by loosening the bolts to see if it moves freely.
