    Well I think I got it all figured out. The test mode from the platform requires that the engine be off. Which isn't super useful because it tests the solenoid valve outputs and of course it does nothing with the engine off. Maybe I found diagnostic mode to be more useful than test mode. In diagnostic mode you can tweak switches and see if the machine is seeing them. This machine was stuck in slow mode from the basket both in driving and in boom functions. The boom function issue turned out to be a broken wire to the potentiometer. The drive mode function was caused by the wrong connector being plugged onto the 3 position drive speed switch. Once I got that on right it works. Wow does this thing haul ass in fast mode. I about crapped. There doesn't seem to be any half way about the high speed either. I need to look at this some more- in a wide open area.
