Instructions for hydraulic conversion kit ex120-3

Looking for instructions on the hydraulic conversion kit for the Hitachi EX120-3 excavator—anyone have those?

I found a thread about an EX120 2 pump conversion. Someone there had an issue where the computer wasn't sending power to the controls, there was a burnt smell, the engine would die when hitting any port relief pressure, and the pump stayed at full swash plate angle without regulating. They ended up going without the computer and got a conversion kit. The full details should be in that thread if you want to check it out.

Are there any better instructions out there? I've looked at some videos and installation guides, but I'm still unclear about where the springs and shims go.

I came across an internal Hitachi memo that seems to have the clearest instructions I've found for this conversion kit.
