JD707New Member#3 Emergency lowering Is right in front of the middle of seat and it’s not snagged out i dont think it’s my hydraulic pump because it turns and drives good just dosent wanna get the bucket all the way up what’s really wierd is if u try with ur hand giving it a hand it will actually start going up more slowly
ozarkagJunior Member#4 The loader pump is separate from the tandem drive pumps. You are obviously losing pressure as the oil warms up and thins. This usually points to the hydraulic gear pump. A proper test would involve pressure guage and also flow meter.
JD707New Member#5 I checked the pump and it was a little off then what it is supposed to be do you think that is the cause I would have to change the hydraulic pump or could the problem be something else
ozarkagJunior Member#6 Did you do a pressure test? Does the pressure drop as it warms up?
JD707New Member#7 yes I pressure tested it yes drops down a little don’t know if that would mean pump is worn out or still somewhat good
ozarkagJunior Member#8 Numbers? Make sure to test/ retest when warm.
Simon CSuper User#9 Pretty simple to put a T-Tap in the line of the lift cylinder. It is either there or leaking off somewhere, unless the pump is worn out. How many hours on the unit, what type of oil in the unit. Before buying parts a new Hydraulic Filter installed and the old one cut open to check the pleated paper could reveal alot. Do all the tests first, and get help if your not sure how. Simon C
